# Apt update on Raspberry Pi: Repository changed its 'Label' value from '' to 'nginx-agent'

**My issue:**

I am running Ubuntu Server 24.04 for Raspberry Pi 5, and Nginx Mainline. When running `sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade` I get the following error message:

`E: Repository '` [http://packages.nginx.org/nginx-agent/ubuntu`](http://packages.nginx.org/nginx-agent/ubuntu%60) noble InRelease’ changed its ‘Label’ value from ‘’ to ‘nginx-agent’` `N: This must be accepted explicitly before updates for this repository can be applied. See apt-secure(8) manpage for details.`

**How I encountered the problem:**

By trying to update ubuntu with apt

**Solutions I’ve tried: none, I want to verify that Nginx-agent Repo did indeed change its name.**

**Version of NGINX or NGINX adjacent software (e.g. NGINX Gateway Fabric):**

Nginx v1.31.3 Mainline

**Deployment environment:**

**Raspberry Pi Ubuntu 24.04 Lemp Server**

Can someone verify that the nginx repository did infact change it’s name? Is this change expected and safe to allow the changes? If so, how do I go about allowing this change with apt?
