About the Troubleshooting category

Is something broken or just not working quite right? Let’s help each other troubleshoot and get back on track.

Use this Troubleshooting category when you run into an issue with your NGINX config or other errors around NGINX. If you’re thinking “ah! help! this isn’t working!” then this is the category for you. It’s the best place to get help when something goes wrong or acts unexpectedly. (In comparison, try "How Do I...?" if you are unsure what steps to take in your development process.)

Please add at least two tags to your topics. Options include use cases, config errors, general help needed, NGINX technologies, and other technologies.

We’ve provided an optional template to encourage best practices for asking for help. It includes describing your issue and how you encountered it, what solutions you’ve tried, and sharing your config. It’s hard to troubleshoot without seeing your config!
