The current Ansible repositories are both incompatible with recent versions of Ansible and Debian, and so are in broken states for most users. There are issues documenting the problems, and even some pull requests with fixes, but no maintainers have responded in almost a year.
Are these projects dead? If so then there should likely be some indication added to the repository.
