403 Forbidden

I’m getting a “403 Forbidden” code on my iPad blocking access to a website I’ve visited many times previously without incident. I’m still easily able to get on the site on my iPhone. “NGINX” shows just below the error message. I’ve tried a couple of the fixes I found on various searches with no results. Two sites suggested toggling “Block All Cookies” to the off position. One problem, there is no such toggle switch anywhere in the settings. Anyone have experience with this?

Hi @ccavaliere88 ! The 403 error is an issue with the website you are trying to visit. You’re seeing NGINX as part of that error message because the website is built using NGINX.

I’m not sure about your iPad settings, but you may have the option to clear and block cookies in the settings for whichever browser app you are using.

Thank you for your reply.
I’ll assume it’s the website because I get the same error message on Safari, Chrome and Duck Duck Go. Oddly, I have no issue with that website on my iPhone.

Frustrating when that happens! It’s certainly the website. Hopefully they sort it out soon. Sorry we can’t help you, but it’s cool that you dived into finding answers.
